Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BiteFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

You retain ownership of any recipes, comments, or other content you post. By posting content, you grant BiteFlow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or harmful
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Harasses, abuses, or threatens other users
• Violates any applicable law

In compliance with the Online Safety Act 2023, you can report harmful content using the report button on any recipe or comment. We will review reports and take appropriate action. Abuse of the reporting system may result in account suspension.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or crawl the service without permission
• Use automated tools to create accounts or post content
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BiteFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Recipes may be community-submitted or AI-assisted and are offered for general information only — we do not guarantee that any recipe is accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for your dietary requirements. You are responsible for checking ingredients, quantities, allergens, and cooking temperatures, and for following safe food-handling practices, before preparing any recipe. BiteFlow accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions, allergic reactions, illness, or other outcomes arising from use of a recipe.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, BiteFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or our legal obligations. We will notify you by email and require re-acceptance on your next login when we make material changes.
